New Nörm is developed and operated by Sestive Inc., a U.S.-based company focused on emotional well-being and AI-powered reflection tools. For App Store distribution and technical development, the mobile application is published under our affiliated entity Sestive LLC, based in Armenia.
Both companies operate under the same privacy standards and data protection policies
2. What We Collect
We collect only what’s needed to provide and improve your experience:
- Account Information: Name, email, preferences
- User-Generated Input: Journaling entries, mood check-ins, AI conversations
- Usage Data: Technical data such as app activity and device type (non-personalized)
We do not collect or store:
- Medical or diagnostic data
- Health records or biometrics
- Payment information in the mobile app
3. Payments and Subscriptions
New Nörm does not process payments inside the mobile app.
All payments, including subscriptions, are securely processed through Stripe via our web platform. Stripe’s own privacy policy applies to all payment-related data. We never store or access your payment credentials.

We use your data to:
