Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the New Nörm platform (the “Platform”), which includes the mobile app and the web-based experience available at www.newnorm.app.

By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Who we are

New Nörm is developed and operated by Sestive Inc., a company registered in the United States. For App Store distribution and product development, our mobile application is published under Sestive LLC, our affiliated entity based in Armenia. Together, these entities provide and maintain the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of consent in your jurisdiction) or have parental consent to use New Nörm. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Nature of the Service

New Nörm is a self-reflection and emotional awareness tool powered by AI and behavioral science frameworks. It is not a medical or therapeutic service, and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional mental health advice.

All content is designed for personal development, not for clinical or crisis situations.

4. Access and Usage

You may access New Nörm through:

  • Our mobile app, available via the App Store
  • Our web platform at www.newnorm.app

Your access is subject to these Terms and may be suspended or revoked if misused.

You agree to:

  • Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully
  • Not reverse engineer, resell, or misuse any part of the Platform
  • Use your real identity and not impersonate others

5. Subscriptions and Payments

New Nörm may offer free and paid subscription plans, accessible via the web platform.

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe by Sestive Inc.
  • The mobile app does not support in-app purchases or direct payments.

Users are invited to upgrade their plan via the web at www.newnorm.app. Access to premium features will be unlocked within the mobile app after login.

All purchases are subject to Stripe’s terms of service. For billing-related questions or refund requests, please contact us directly at diana@newnorm.app or visit your account settings on the web.

6. Data and Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand:

  • What personal data we collect
  • How it is stored and used
  • Your rights to access and delete your data

The Platform is not designed to store or process sensitive medical or diagnostic information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, branding, and features on the Platform are owned by Sestive Inc. or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any part of the Platform without explicit written permission.

8. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.

9. Disclaimers

New Nörm is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy, reliability, or effectiveness of the Platform for any specific outcome.

We are not responsible for:

  • Interruptions in service
  • Loss of data due to user actions or third-party tools
  • Use of the Platform in place of professional mental health support

10. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. If we do, we’ll notify you via the app or website. Continued use of the Platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
